OK now you have found the product that you would like to promote and you have built your website. Now What?

Now comes the marketing part. You have a product and a website, but nobody knows you are there. Anybody can have a website, but not every website is known. You need to get the word out without spending a lot of money. Or you can spend a lot of money and have someone get the website out there for you. But Google likes a nice slow pace not a massive pace.

Now you need to start writing articles with information about the product that you are promoting. I know, writing articles is not easy to most of us. But start looking at articles wrote by others about what you need to write about and take some notes, just do not copy word for word. Or you can get free articles and purchase a cheap spin program and they will spin the article into different wording. There are free article spin programs available, you just need to make sure and correct them after they are spun. Sometimes they make no scents. You can also hire a real person to write articles for you or spin articles. Go on the web and do a little research, the web is a world of information.

Now that you have your article, you need to submit to article directories. Do a search on the web for article directories, they are usually free all you have to do sign up. Remember do not submit the same article to all the directories. You need to submit a different article to each directory, as Google is reading them and Google only wants to read the article once. Do not go out and purchase an article submitter that will submit 1,000’s all at once, remember slow and steady wins the race. Submit 5-6 articles a day for each product you are promoting.

When you submit the article make sure you have a link to your website. Most places will not let you put a link in the article content it’s self, but you can put it in the resource box. If there is no resource box or place to put your link then I put it in the article.

Links are the most important thing you can do to market your website, wherever possible put your link on.

Remember be patient it takes time to get your word out. Just be steady in what you are doing. Remember Slow and Steady Wins the Race!

Affiliate Marketing is one of the hottest things on the Internet right now. It is a great way to make extra income or just your day to day income. You need no special skills to do Affiliate Marketing, only determination.
I started Affiliate Marketing and I love to do this and I make money. What is better than doing something you like and getting payed for it! You can make as much or as little as you like depending on how much you put into it. No this is not a get rich quick, but you sure can make a good living. Like anything you need to work for it, you can not sit back and wait for the money to roll in. But if you have to work what could be better than working from home the hours you want to.

There are loads of Affiliate Marketing companies on the internet, just do a goggle search. You can join as many as you want and promote as many products as you want. The nice part most of these affiliate marketing companies are free to join. To start out with I would only join free programs, you can always join payed companies later. But when you first start you are learning the business and why pay while you learn. There really is no high cost to be an affiliate marketer, just your time. There is never any products to purchase, and if the product is not selling try a different one. Most affiliate Marketing Companies pay you a percentage when you sell their product, never join for anything lower than 20%.

The first thing you need to do is research affiliate marketing companies and find a product that you are comfortable in selling. Once you have found a product you are interested in, you need to make sure that there is a demand for the product (no demand, no sales, no money). Research the product on the internet.
Now that you have found your product, it is real easy to sign up to these affiliate companies. Once you have signed up the will give you a code, which supplies a link to the product and also tracks that the sale came from you so you receive your commission.
Affiliate market programs will give you the tool to promote their products, such as: articles, banners, classified ads, emails and much more. If you succeed they succeed. The best affiliate programs are the ones that keep the customer coming back each month, like subscriptions or a monthly membership fee. You will then be payed a percentage every month.

Now you are ready to start marketing the product, don’t worry it is really not that hard. Remember you have the internet at your finger tips with more information than you can ask for.
To start promoting your product, you will now need a website, there are a couple of ways to do this. You can purchase a domain name and build a website (there are programs which help you with this) or you can create a blog and promote your product with links and banners on your blog. With a blog they will give you a domain for free. Which means you can have a blog for each product that you are promoting at no cost to you and you can market the blog domain just the same as you would market a payed domain.
